A Castle in Taiwan

Evon, who lives in Shindien, Taipei County, Taiwan,

sent me this picture of Nijo Castle, in Kyoto.

The castle was contructed in 1603. The Main

Pavilion and Hall burnt down, but Ninomaru

Hall, the turrets, and the rice granary still remain

as they were.
