What a nice surprise--a card from Lapland!This card was sent to me by Irma who lives in a small
village near the Arctic Circle.
It is called Oulu.
Irma is a 65-year-old lady who teaches
hearing-impaired children.
I love this card because it has a beautiful picture of the Northern Lights and
a map showing where Oulu is.
I also like the people in their native costumes and the reindeer.
